Service Organization

NBS employs a team of trained service specialists in order to perform service and maintenance on all of our products. Any failures are registered centrally by the Service Coordinator who is in contact with the service specialists. Central registration offers the opportunity to deal with failures efficiently. When there is a problem you can contact us at 024 37 17 602. In order to deal with your failure quickly we need the following data:

  • type of equipment
  • serial number
  • manufacturing number (mfg. no.), please note that this is not present on our freezers
  • order number (when required within your organization)

    For the ultra low temperature freezers we can offer a 24 hour service. Failures during business hours can be reported at 024 37 17 602. After business hours, including weekends and holidays, you can reach us at 06 537 79 903.

    When a unit cannot be repaired on the customer site, it is transported to the NBS office for repair in the extensive service facilities shown below.

    Besides servicing equipment our Service department also offers a range of maintenance contracts. Maintenance is a key issue in preventing downtime of equipment. You can choose the contract that best fits your needs: a limited contract, an all-in contract or a tailor-made contract. Our Service department will be pleased to explain which contract would be the most appropriate for you.
