BioCommand Track and Trend Updates
Software/Firmware revisions are made available at no charge through this web page so that all users can benefit from the latest performance enhancements. The easy upgrade procedure takes only a few minutes to perform.

Instructions
Determine which software version is currently installed in your controller:
- End all running batches on BioCommand.
- Select Help -> About
- View version information
- Close BioCommand and any other software that is related to NBS OPC server.
If the installed software is lower than the latest version listed above, perform the upgrade as listed below. You may want to print this page for easy access to the instructions while you work.
- Click the above link and save the file on your hard drive
- Choose a location on your hard-drive for the download (suggest "desktop")
- After download is complete close the dialog box
- Go to the Saved file on your hard drive and double click the file
- Pop up menu comes up – Select Run
- From the pop up menu - under "Unzip to folder" – click "Browse" and select desired location on your hard-drive (suggest "desktop")
- Select Unzip button and Okay
- After download is complete select "Close" to close the dialog box
- Open the folder ‘BioCommand TT BC update version C.1’ created on your hard drive.
- Select setup.exe and follow instructions.
- After the installation is complete, start BioCommand.
- Verify that the new version is installed by viewing Version information in Help -> About.
- BioCommand will now be running with the new version that was installed on your PC.
