BioCommand® Plus Software Updates

BioCommand updates are made available at no charge through this web page so that all BioCommand users can benefit from the latest performance enhancements. The easy update procedure takes only a few minutes to perform.

This update is only for BioCommand Plus 3.30 customers. All other versions of BioCommand Software are not compatible with this software update.

To determine which version software you currently have installed:

• Open your BioCommand software program on your PC.
• The first screen that comes up identifies both the name (ie. BioCommand Plus) and version number of your software. If you have BioCommand Plus 3.3, proceed with the following update:

• Select the above hyperlink to download the Biocommand Plus SP1 file.
• The File Download dialog box as shown below will appear. Select the [Save] button.
• Note: Some virus scan software programs incorrectly identify this file as containing a virus, preventing you from downloading. In that instance, your MIS / IT Department can advise you on disabling your virus scan software before proceeding.

• Select a folder to store the file in. Select the [Save] button to save the file to your local computer. Create a temporary folder on your hard-drive or desktop for the download.

• Select the basic windows [Start] button and then select the 'Run…' from the bottom right. Select the [Browse…] button as shown below and navigate to the folder where the file 'BioCommand Plus SP1.exe' exists. Select the [OK] button to start the Setup Wizard.

• The following screen should appear. Select the [Next >] button to start the installation.

• At the end of the installation procedure, the following screen will appear. Select the [Finish] button to end the Setup Wizard program.

• Congratulations! You have installed the BioCommand Plus SP1 to enhance software communications. Check this page regularly for new revisions.
