BioFlo 110 Firmware Updates

Firmware updates are made available at no charge through this web page so that all BioFlo 110 users can benefit from the latest performance enhancements. The easy upgrade procedure takes only a few minutes to perform.

Instructions

Determine which firmware version is currently installed in the BioFlo 110 Primary Control Unit (PCU):

• Turn on the BioFlo 110 PCU
• Display the Setup Screen by pressing the upper-right touchpad key
• Note the currently installed version number

If the installed version number is lower than the latest version listed above, perform the two-part upgrade. You may want to print this page for easy access to the instructions while you work.

1. Create an Upgrade Floppy
1. Download the latest version, which includes the changes from earlier versions:
   
   • Click on the latest file name
   • Select Download to disk
   • Choose a location on your hard-drive for the download (suggest "desktop")
2. After the download is complete, create the upgrade floppy:
   
   • Insert an empty, formatted floppy in your computer
   • Open the downloaded file
   • Follow computer on-screen instructions to create the upgrade floppy
   NOTE: Contact your IT service for assistance if security software installed at your site prevents downloading or operation of the downloaded file.
   
   
2. Install The Latest Firmware Version In The Bioflo 110 PCU
   
   1. Turn OFF the BioFlo 110 PCU
   2. Insert the upgrade floppy into the PCU
   3. Turn ON the PCU
   4. Wait until the "Installation Complete" message appears (about a minute)
   5. Turn off the PCU, remove the disk, and restart.
